Exhibition Lima.Limoges, "So schnell"
The artist Corinne Gourré has developped a project that you could see at the museum between 8th September and 5th November 2012. Made of thousands of objects, this awesome work makes us think about the passing time and intermingling cultures.
"Lima, Limoges. Southern hemisphere. Northern hemisphere. Capital of Peru. Capital of Limousin [...]. The comparison would stpo there if these words had not the same prefix. That's exactly the same for Corinne Gourré's projects. These strange odds ans endsn in theory have no meaning, as they are made of thousands of items. However, a comon theme runs through these miscellaneous objects and links them [...]. This connection makes think the visitor about our perception of the contemporary world..."
