Individual visitors
Without a guide, visitors may access collections for free. The signage and museum's map allow them to take an easier stroll through the museum.
Groups
Entry is free for groups and their accompanying person but must be booked at least 15 days in advance.

The museum offers bilingual French / French sign language interpreted tours the first Saturday of each month at 3p.m.
This must be booked at least one week in advance.

Visitors enter the museum by the grand courtyard of the Episcopal Palace. On entering: turn right, walk alongside the building and the entrance hall is situated on the ground floor. There are parking spaces reserved for disabled people close to the museum.
All visitors may access collections for free. Special rates for supervised activities:

Opening hours
1st April to 30th September: open daily (except on Tuesdays) from 10am to 6pm
1st October to 31st March: open daily (except on Tuesdays and Sunday mornings) from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm
