Museum's visits may be carried out in different ways:
You can visit the museum independently, using (or not) our printed trails, or you can follow a guided tour with one of the museum's guides.
Activities with a guide
DISCOVERY TOUR
It is the best option for a first visit since it gives an overview of the museum's collections. It is currently available in French only.
- Length: 1 h 30
- In July and August, on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays at 4 p.m.
- Price : €5 full rate / €3 concessions
THEMED TOURS
Guided tours to deepen your knowledge about one of the four permanent collections devoted to enamels, ancient Egypt, Fine Arts and the history of Limoges.
- Length: 1 h
- On Saturdays at 3 p.m.
- Price: €5 full rate / €3 concessions
FOLIO 4 COLLECTIONS: a fun family visit for 6-10 year-old children and their parents
Adults and children can discover the museum together, accompanied by a guide, through the stiff pages of a picture book, in which each folio reveals the world of a single collection. Pictures and games invite visitors to observe, think and discuss through interactive and fun activities, fostering exchange between the young and older people. They are currently available in French only.

- In July and August, on Wednesdays, at 11 a.m.

Printed trails for independent visits
THE MINSTREL MOOD is a set of themed sheets allowing visitors to discover the collections in an original way.
A museum for all tastes... Each of these sheets suggests an unexpected trail highlighting a selection of works selected according to moods and seasons.
Discover the new edition developed around the concept of detail, under the title "Today, I am obsessed with detail", echoing the Heritage Days' national theme, "hidden heritage".
Available from the museum's reception desk or online. Free of charge.
Cultural schedule
Groups
Entry is free for groups and their accompanying person wishing to discover the museum on their own. All group visit must be booked in advance on 05 55 45 98 10.
Groups can also benefit from the same supervised activities than individual visitors. This must be booked at least 15 days in advance.

Concessions:
- For groups of up to 20 people: €3.50 per person.
